We receive only for our customers with a valid box/suite number.

 No aceptamos liquidos flamables ni explosivos ni
       que requieran manejo especial.
 No aceptamos articulos prohibidos
 No aceptamos cajas con peso mayor a 130 Lbs.
 No aceptamos responsabilidad en cajas cuyo contenido sea mayor a $300
       (trescientos dolares) por caja individual o El valor de la renta anual  teniendo en cuenta que su cuenta este en buen standing.. Envios de cajas con valor mayor
       a $300 dolares es responsabilidad de cada cliente.
       Si podriamos recibirle en el caso que el cliente nos comunique que se va
       a recibir una caja con valor mayor a / de $300 dolares, misma caja que
       guardaremos en reja de seguridad dentro de nuestra tienda. Si no se nos
       da aviso, el maximo valor de resonsabilidad de cada caja recibida sera
       de $300 dolares.  En caso de incendio, inundacion o algun otro caso
       se pedira comprobante en forma de factura de parte del proveedor y que
       el envio incluya seguro por el mismo valor. En todo caso nuestra responsa-
       bilidad sera de un maximo de $300 dolares por buzon en algun momento dado sea cual sea la cantidad de correspondencias sobres o cajas.

Asi como addendums y avisos de cambios al contrato, mismos que se anunciaran a discrecion del centro independiente, ya sea como aviso de addendum al contrato, contrato, avisos en las paredes de cada centro o en esta pagina web y sus contenidos. 
No somos responsables si no tenemos un aviso por email o fax , mismo que le devolveremos con nuestra aceptacion o negacion a recibir algun paquete.
 
Para fines de litigios, disputas y demas, se marca como unicas y nos fijamos a ellas  las leyes, normas reglas y cortes del condado de Hidalgo, Texas. USA Para los centros de Hidalgo y McAllen Texas, y localmente para cada centro.
 
Asi como a las leyes y normas de policia y buen gobierno de las ciudades de Hidalgo, y McAllen, Texas USA .

Contrato Renta    Rental Agreement
 

RENTAL  AGREEMENT

 

All information provided by customer is confidential and will not be disclosed except for law enforcement purposes or in response to a subpoena or court order.

 

Our services may not be used for any purpose prohibited by postal  regulations or for any other illegal or illegitimate purpose.

 

Our service fees  are all due and payable in advance yearly or as stated, no proration is available, and no refund paid for cancellation of service.

 

Accounts are delinquent after due date and mail will be held pending payment, Services will be terminated 30 days after due date if no communication from renter is received by fax or email with promise of payment or ask us or otherwise, and mail will be returned to sender, as per packages will be placed on hold until agreement.

 

Upon termination of service, we will forward  customers mail for 30 days at no charge provided  that customer pays for postage.

 

We will accept mail for up to 5 names for each mailbox /account provided all are residents of the same household or business entity or associated with the same business.

 

Postal regulations do not permit us to receive certified or registered mail, however the forms provided by the postal service will be placed on your mailbox, so you can ask for your certified mail at the local post office.

 

Postage due items will be accepted and paid for you, provided you have arranged with us a deposit for that purpose.

 

C.O.D. items are accepted only if prior arrangements are made, and payment in advance is left with us, so we can thus pay for your items at time of delivery. A charge of 10 dollars applies for each occurrence.

 

Customer agrees during the rental period, to use a rented box or any other service for only lawful purposes and in conformity with all applicable federal, state and local laws.

 

Customer further agrees to protect, indemnify and save harmless us from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits and causes od action of any nature whatsoever, and any expense incident to defense by us of any such demand or action arising out of or in limitaton, all demands, claims and causes of action for personal injury or property damage or loss, arising from such use or possession, for failure of the USPS, UPS, FEDEX, ESTAFETA, DHL or any other carrier, to delver on time or otherwise any item, mail parcels or such,  for damage to or loss of postal box contents for any cause whatsoever, and for any loss or damage in betweend deliveries, forward requests, or misdeliveries or delivery to unauthorized persons.

 

Customer agrees and understand that this is not a rental  agreement  that places us and customer in a position of landlord and tenant;  it is agreement of bailment.

 

In addition customer agrees that upon his default in payment or rent of any other service charges required  by this agreement, we may at our option, as security for rent, withhold or refuse customer’s mail or parcels during the period of default, and should default continue, may withhold mail indefinitely or return to sender.

 

Possession of a lockbox key or combination or receipt of payment  is considered by us to be valid evidence that possessor is authorized to remove mail from box.  

 

We do not deliver or open boxes to anybody unless there is a written request by the owner/renter for us to be authorized to deliver mail to anybody else. Such written proofs may include  email, fax, letter or handwritten authorization. Only in special occasions we accept authorization via telephone or any other.

 

We are not liable for any damage or loss or misdelivery on any mail or parcels, and we do not accept parcels or mail with a value of $150 (one hundred and fifty dollars) or more, or the value of the rent of one year, provided its paid and in good standing. , and at any time we cannot hold boxes or mail with a total combined value of $300 (three hundred dollars), as we cannot be held responsible for . However we may receive parcels of higher value provided we cannot be held responsible for any amount over the value of payment  paid for rent for one year, we suggest you let us know in advance of any special parcel to be delivered, and we will place it in a special secure box in the store, such process is subject to special handling charges. If no written notice is received and acknowledged by us we will suppose the value of any box won’t be over the $150 dollars, or the amount of mail or parcels at any given time wont be of any higher value than $300 dollars.

 

Customer recognizes  that at the time his/her mailbox rental is discontinued for whatever reason, Postal regulations require that his/her mail, be forwarded only with additional  postage thereon or that mail will be refused and subsequently disposed of. Customer therefore makes the election, which is to be placed in effect  the time the mail box rental service is discontinued, either by himself, his agent  or mail service.

 

In the unlikely event of  a change of place of business by the mailbox service provider, customer understands and agrees to bound an continue the  service provided by the company in the new location, provided that the company will advise of the new location address and all related information, as well as help the customer in notifying other service providers of the change of address. The company will help the customer by providing the USPS the notice of change of address, so all mail will be forwarded to the new location, having considerable amount of time to send notices to businesses  and family of the new location.

Entregas / Pick-Up

 We can only deliver mail and boxes to the owner, or the possessor of the Key or with written consentment from the owner. Otherwise we cannot release mail or boxes to anyone.  We require ID.
 
Solamente entregamos correspondencia al dueno o poseedor de la llave o bajo consentimiento escrito (e-mail, Fax) del contratante(s) del buzon.  De otra forma es nuestra politica no entregar nada a nadie sin expresa autorización.

le prepararemos sus cajas y el dia que llegue nos llama a un celular para quedar en una hora fija y le abriremos para entregarle con gusto,  este servicio tiene un costo de $30


Tambien le podemos entregar en el Lobby de su hotel, solo llamenos haga el pedido y pague por el servicio y le llevaremos su cajas a su hotel (area de McAllen), para la Isla del Padre aplica envio por UPS (+- 15 dolares extra)


Que tamano de buzon me recomienda?

el BUZON CHICO es solo para gente que recibe cartas, cuesta 99 anuales y le podemos re-enviar sus cartas a cualquier lugar del mundo, aplica cargos.


el BUZON MEDIANO, es el mas vendido, tambien se llama buzon familiar, cuesta 149 anual y le incluye recibir toda la correspondencia que necesite, paks y tres cajas al mes sin costo. (cajas medianas como chamarra o ropa etc) cajas extras se cobran aparte. Este buzon cubre las necesidades de una familia o grupo de amigos, que compran y estos el  mas comun,  si le recibimos por ejemplo 4 llantas para su auto, le cobraremos $5 por cada llanta, o si le recibimos una tarima le cobraremos $50 extra,si siempre le recibimos , pero tiene costo adicional.


el BUZON GRANDE es el de gente que recibe mas cosas promedio 10 cajas al mes medianas y paks, cuesta $249 anual


el servicio de BODEGA tamano 1 TARIMA CUBICA le cuesta $100 al mes  y le recibimos todo lo que quepa en una tarima cubica, este servicio lo usan clientes que compran para empresa, es muy practico y nada complicado, mucha gente tiene este servicio


el servicio de BODEGA tamano 3 TARIMAS CUBICAS custa $300 al mes y ofrece el recibo de 3 tarimas cubicas, tenemos varios clientes que usan este servicio que cubre sus necesidades.


el servicio de PRUEBA, es para alguien que quiere recibir algo sin rentar un buzon, solo como prueba , tambien le llamamos buzon 1000, solo contactenos, y mande su pedido, se le cobrara por caja al entregarle.



Estan asegurada mis compras?

si, con las limitaciones detalladas en el Rental Agreement, de hasta $150 por caja o un maximo de $300 por todas sus cajas y como maximo cobertura de seguro igual o menor  el pago de su renta anual.. aqui esta el detalle

Aqui hay que detallar que aplica cuando recibimos la caja y se nos pierda o se dane por causa de fuego o dano a la bodega, no aplica en cajas que no recibimos y el carrier como UPS o USPS dicen que entregaron y NO tienen nuestra firma (pasa a vecez que entregan equivocadamente y dicen que nos entregaron, pero no tienen nuestra firma) en ese caso el vendedor..eg Amazon es el responsable, nosotros somos responsables al RECIBIR la paqueteria.

What will my free US address look like? Is it a physical address or just a P.O. Box?

Mailboxes USA  provides you with a physical US address, NOT  just a Mailbox or a P.O. Box.
Your Mailboxes USA US address allows you to receive mail, packages of any size or even oversized items on pallets from all shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, etc... You will not have an issue with companies that refuse to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Some US stores require a US Phone number for orders, what number should I provide them?

You can provide them with Mailboxes USA  contact number 956 661 9832  or you can get your own Free US Phone number with voicemail from K7.net, Callcentric or ipkall.com.


How long can I store my items at my suite with Mailboxes USA?

MBUSA can store each package  for a period of 365 days from the date of delivery. The maximum storage time for each package is 365 days since the date of its delivery to your suite. We will save your boxes here as long as your mailbox is active.


What forms of payment are accepted on mailboxesusa.org?

You can pay for the rent fees, shipping fees using a wide range of payment methods at the checkout on mailboxesusa.org:

Do you accept certified mail, registered mail, and COD shipments?

Yes, we do accept certified mail, registered mail at NO additional charge; we simply must have your explicit confirmation before receiving such shipments. We do accept COD shipments, only if you advised us and we agreed and got the money to pay for it.


Do I need to submit USPS Form 1583 ?

We only need this form to accept packages shipped from merchants via USPS to your Malboxes USA suite. We do NOT need this form to accept packages from merchants who ship via UPS, FEDEX, DHL or other carriers. Usually you can select the shipping carrier at the checkout process on the merchant's website. Select any other carrier than USPS, and you will not need to provide us with the 1583 USPS form

Due to
USPS regulations, all customers must complete USPS Form 1583 in order to receive shipments from USPS at their Mailboxes USA suite. MB USA may not accept mail from USPS until we receive Form 1583, authorizing Mailboxes USA to accept mail on your behalf. This is a one time requirement by the United States Postal Service and we can’t waive it.
